Jani-King seeks Master Franchises for territories worldwide

Commercial cleaning company Jani-King is currently looking for franchise owners to aid its international franchise expansion plans.

The company, which was founded in 1969 and has been franchising since 1974, currently has over 11,500 franchise owners operating in the US, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Britain, Ireland, France, Belgium, Mexico, Brazil, Hong Kong, Portugal and South Korea.

These franchise owners use Jani-Kings tested and proven business model to provide a commercial cleaning service to a range of business premises including office buildings, manufacturing facilities, medical practices, hospitals, hotel & hospitality industries, and sports venues.

Looking to build on its success, Jani-King is currently looking to recruit Master Franchise Owners for countries in Europe, Asia, South America, and South Africa. The company is particularly keen to launch its brand in Japan, India, China, Italy, Poland and Germany.

Jani-King Master Franchise candidates can be either an individual person or an organisation, however they will need to be hands-on and be well connected in the business community in their territory. The role of the Master Franchise Owner will include to establishing a regional office in the territory, selling single-unit franchises, providing initial training for franchise owners, securing commercial cleaning accounts for franchise owners to service, performing billing and collections services to franchise owners and collecting royalties.

The minimum investment fee for this franchise is $195,000. On top of this Master Franchise Owners will need to pay $500,000 for initial start-up costs.

In return for this fee Master Franchise Owners will receive initial training from Jani-King's US-based Master Franchise Owner. Initial training will consist of six weeks non-concurrent in both US and host country. It includes all aspects of setting up and running a Jani-King business. The company also provides additional training and support.
