A Master Franchise Partner (MFP) Candidates must embrace the Gloria Jean's Coffees vision, mission and values. Additionally, the MFP candidate must have a clear understanding of the mutual goals and commitments necessary for the success of the multi-unit retail service business and must be willing to commit the necessary human and financial resources to successfully develop, manage and promote the GJC business.
