Franchising & Trade holds 24th exhibition

One of Europe's top franchising exhibitions Franchising & Trade is set to take place in Milan on the 23-26 October. This year the show is aiming to feature more than the 240 brands that it had last year and attract over 10,000 visitors. The organisers of the event believe that with the global recession this is the perfect time to look into franchising. 'A crisis beater? Franchising is certainly that,' said Corrado Peraboni, Managing Director of Fiera Milano Expocts, the exhibition organiser. 'Franchising gives people on the sidelines of the job world a chance to set up their own business and take a calculated risk. On the one hand they can count on the technical assistance, background and organisation of a well-established brand and, on the other, they know beforehand exactly how much they'll be risking.'

For businesses, franchising offers an opportunity for fast growth so they reach their objectives in record time, using only the minimum resources necessary.
