Already recognised as a leading manufacturer and retailer of performance and fashion clothing in the UK, Trespass is expanding internationally by granting Regional Master Licences to carefully selected individuals and companies.

Founded in the UK in 1984, Trespass quickly expanded to become the leading value brand on the UK and European winter sports scene. It has since grown its offering to include surf, adventure, leisure and technical outdoor ranges as well as a wide range of summer and winter footwear and accessories. Regional Master Franchisees need a total commitment to developing either a corporate business within their territory, or a network of professional, fully trained and supported franchisees. The Regional Development Franchisee is responsible for obtaining property, recruitment and training of staff, merchandise selection and range building, merchandising and display. Should the Regional Development Franchisee recruit sub-franchisees, they will be responsible for maintaining the standards of operation as laid down by Trespass across their network.
Franchisees will receive thorough training and complete marketing support designed to help them succeed in this fast growing market. The senior management and International Support Team have been involved with the development of the Trespass International franchise system from the beginning and are available to advise franchisees throughout the various stages of their business as it develops. MacDonald explains: "We will assist with store design and construction, range selection, staff recruitment and training. With this expert input your store will open to budget and on time. Once the store is established its performance will be closely monitored through the Trespass EPOS system. Local trends will be identified and merchandising adjusted accordingly in order to strengthen your position within the local marketplace."
The growth of the retail business has been substantial and Trespass fully expects the business to continue to grow by 30 per cent year-on-year.
