Sonic Golf, a UK based golf club cleaning franchise, has sold its Master Franchise for Spain. After completing negotiations that lasted for three months, Sonic Golf signed a deal selling its Spanish Master Franchise to Santi Melara and his wife Inam.

"My wife and I were looking for a business opportunity and wanted something that had already been proven successful in the UK or US," says Santi Melara, Sonic Golf Spanish Master Franchise joint owner. "With the golf market in Spain growing we knew that the Sonic Golf franchise would be perfect for Spain.

"We are planning to sign-up 15 franchisees over the next year and a half, covering all areas of Spain. Initially we are targeting the Costa del Sol and Costa Brava and we aim to have two or three new franchisees signed by the end of the year. In fact we already have our first franchisee lined up as we are in talks with Stuart Robertson to take the Costa del Sol region.

"As Master Franchise owners we will provide franchisees with all the support and background help they will need. As well as this we will deal with the advertising and marketing of Sonic Golf in Spain. We are very excited about taking on the Master Franchise and are looking forward to working hard to make it a success."
