Math Monkey franchisees and/or their staff become certified trainers, and are provided with custom-designed curricula, lesson plans and student materials specially developed for use in offering Vedic math tutoring and instructional services. Full training is provided for the franchisee and up to three staff members, consisting of approximately 200 hours of live trainer-led webinars, classroom, e-learning programmes, and on-site training. The initial training programme covers all material aspects of the operation of a Math Monkey Knowledge Center, including topics such as sales and marketing methods, financial controls, maintenance of quality standards, Vedic math tutoring and instruction techniques, record keeping and reporting procedures, maintaining access to web-based software and support services, other operational issues and on-the-job training.
